Approach

engagement
I engage with clients as an experienced IT professional with a focus on product management and the technical enablement of product ideas. I support businesses in taking a product concept and enabling its delivery through technology. I specialise in helping clients improve business efficiency and productivity through the use of IT tools.
solutions
I design and implement solutions that are fit for purpose for each client’s business dynamics, budget and product objectives. I assist my clients in engaging with and managing third party specialists such as branding and graphic/web designers, content writers and web developers.
experience
I draw from my knowledge and experience in product managing a wide range of offerings including large complex B2B solutions with multi module product offerings, B2C digital product offerings, e-commerce sites and solutions for small businesses.
model
My model is to work with my clients on a fractional basis where they do not have the need for or ability to employ a permanent full-time or part-time product manager. My aim is make life easy by providing product management capacity in a simple, efficient and effective way. I engage with my clients based on an agreed number of hours per week, per fortnight or per month.

What clients say

  • Laura is quite simply the calmest and safest of hands. I'm in the middle of launching a suite of offerings for women in leadership that I am passionate about. I want to focus on product, getting out and meeting people, and bringing in business but, I also need an assessment, a website, and some marketing collateral, and this is where the fabulous Laura steps in. I have loved every minute of working with Laura and always feel that she not only understands what you want but also what you need and delivers what she promises.
